3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be a legally registered business entity or an individual at least 18 years of age to use our Services. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
